If your Thrive360 Virtual Appointment indicates that further evaluation would be beneficial, you’ll be invited to visit one of our trusted Local Partner Clinics.
During your onboarding visit, you’ll receive:
A full diagnostic hearing assessment, completed in-clinic by a licensed professional
A streamlined, personalised experience, guided by the insights from your Thrive360 results—so nothing is rushed or unnecessary
You’ll then be professionally fitted with high-grade hearing technology from a leading manufacturer, fully activated and onboarded for a simple, flat $999 activation fee.

when you move forward, your decision directly helps someone else in the world access better hearing, too.

Instead of a single large bill, Hear It Forward has a small activation fee and then runs on a simple $99/month membership. That flat rate includes everything - appointments, adjustments, cleanings, repairs, and even loaner devices if yours ever need service. It’s complete care with no hidden costs.
